How do I get to my emotions to end my pain?

And the simple answer is to focus on your emotions.

The problem is often there’s distractions and pain being the biggest distraction to keep you from focusing on your emotions.
Because when your back hurts, or your neck or your shoulders, it’s really easy to divert your attention and focus on those instead of your emotions. So it’s not always easy. It takes focus. There’s a great metaphor story told by a guru named Moogi and he talks about learning how to drive. So imagine you’re learning how to drive a car and you’re driving along and as the instructor say just pay attention to the road, focus on the road and you’re driving a long and it’s okay you’re focusing on the road.
But all of a sudden starts to rain.
So what do we do?
We turn on the windshield wiper which is like your pain – the diversion.
And then all of the sudden your head starts going – You’re focusing on the windshield wipers instead of focusing on the road.
Adam I can’t do this let me pull over.
I can’t – give me something else to do I can’t do this.
And all I say is no, just focus on your emotions. Focus on the road.
But I can’t all of this is coming up, I’m focusing on this. I’m focusing on this. And I say you can just focus on the road and all of a sudden you start to see the road a little bit. You start to get your emotions a little bit.
And then what happens?
Your pain gets ratcheted up a little bit. It starts raining harder. So what do we do?
We turn on the windshield wipers.
Adam I can’t do this. Back and forth, back and forth.
Give me something else chiropractor, physical therapy something else to do. So that I can get the surgery, drugs, whatever.
And I’m sitting there I’m just saying no, focus on your emotions, focus on your emotions.

And all of a sudden after all this – you start to see through the pain.

And you’re able to sort of, to see the emotions, your emotions and then all of a sudden what happens is your pain disappears.
Because the process starts with emotions and kicks off this physical process which I explain in Zero Pain Now.
And the more you focus on the emotions all of the sudden you’re not focusing on the pain.

You’re focusing on your emotions and the pain disappears.

Almost doesn’t matter your diagnosis – Bulging Disc, Herniated Disc, Spinal Stenosis, Fibromyalgia, Whiplash, Degenerative Disc Disease, Tension, Migraine.

All of this things have the same cause.

It has to do with emotions that starts the physical process.
So if you follow this and you just pay attention to your emotions – your pain will make you want to start looking back and forth.

You don’t have to do it.

Just focus on what emotions you’re feeling right now – right now.
What emotions are you feeling?
As you put your attention on that you’re going to see your pain start to dissipate.
And if you do it long enough eventually disappear.
